About the Race:

• Rolling Enclosure for all categories except W4, Jr U15 & Jr Open.
• Each Lap is 24.6 miles
• Points based Stage Race — each rider must complete each event to qualify for SR purse.
• Each event scored 25 deep and points awarded 1st place 25 points, 2nd — 24, etc.
• 3 place point prime for non-finish RR lap / 3 place prime for each KOM on the second lap  (5/3/1 GC points)
• Once riders drop behind enclosure, all rules of the road apply
• Senior Race entries $65 till March 1st    $75 thereafter / Pre-reg ends 12 Noon April 15th) PRE-REG ONLY
• 40+ and 50+ are cats 1-4 only
• P12 capped at 125 / 35+, are 75/ Cat 5 &W4 is 50 / ALL other fields capped at 100 riders.
• Event Bonus paid 1 place / $100 bonus & 5 places minimum
• 60+ eligible for 50+ purse / team payouts
• 60+ TXBRA cup points reported separately
• Top 3 W3 or W4 paid $25/15/10 in each stage for WOpen
• Team Payout determined by taking the sum of the top 3 placings of each USAC listed team participant in each event.  Ties broken by RR2 standings
• No Ad-hoc teams (USAC db only)
• Categories not making minimums by end of pre-reg may be combined, lose Rolling Enclosure and have purse diminished.  Watch Announcements.
• Event Bonus $s based on pre-reg riders
• Team GC $ paid 45% / 30% / 25%
• TT Start times printed after registration closes with 30sec intervals — in reverse order of registration by cat (attempts will be made to separate teammates)

Registration is Start /Finish at Graford School / 400 W Division St / Graford, TX 76449 beginning at 6: AM / approach from east (not through course) / USAC permit pending / Download Race Bible from www.teambicyclesinc.org for Event details & maps — Road Race is using the Graford Course from the 2008 James Bailey Memorial Road Race. Unless specific arrangements are made with the race promoter, all prizes not picked up by the time the last race is paid on Sunday are forfeited. All events are Wheels in / Wheels out unless modified at race start by CR / The race venues are considered a “No Public Nudity” area — both are under full video surveillance 24X7 — violation issues will be considered a police matter. Remember the registration area is a school and, as such, the presence of Alcohol and Tobacco products are criminal infractions. Littering during the race will be considered a DQ infraction / BikeReg fees, if any are in addition to the entry fee listed. / No plans for neutral feeds or supplies.
